Many foreigners say Norwegians don’t have a sense of humour. But Jagland has shown them to be wrong! And he has done that for the second time on behalf of the Norwegian Nobel Committee. Do you remember the first time when he gave the peace prize to the war criminal and war-monger Obama? For what, one may ask. For wars. And Obama while delivering the Nobel lecture in Oslo had used his malarky to defend US wars of aggression!
